--- name: regulations description: Greek building regulations. Find, cite and trace the rules in force (Code «Νικόλαος Ταγαράς», law 5306/2026) or historical ones (NOK, law 4067/2012), their amendments and NOK-to-Code links, in Architect Agent's bundled Gazette datasets. --- # Greek Building Regulations Resolve the plugin root two directories above this SKILL.md. Every lookup goes through one read-only, offline script that prints one JSON object: ``` uv run --no-project "/scripts/regulations.py" ... ``` `info` prints the id grammar and the commands. The bundled datasets are the complete, current record: answer from the script's output alone. The files under `regulations/` are maintainer build artifacts; the script is the only interface. ## Which text - In force today: the Code «Νικόλαος Ταγαράς» (law 5306/2026, from 8 June 2026), ids `code:224.3.β`. Its building rules are Part Δ, from article 195. - Before 8 June 2026, and the origin of a Code rule: the NOK (law 4067/2012), ids `nok:27.5`. - Any other Gazette issue: `FEK-A-108-2026:133.1`. Clause letters can be typed in ASCII (`code:224.3.b`); output ids are canonical Greek. ## Steps 1. **Find.** `search [ ...] [--dataset code|nok]` matches every term, ignoring case and accents. Greek inflects, so search with stems (`εξωστ`, `υψ`, `προκηπ`). `toc code --section ` browses a Part or Section; `get ` reads an article or paragraph. Done when you hold the id of every paragraph that bears on the question, including exceptions in the same article. 2. **History.** Run `history ` for each provision you rely on. It returns the base text, the full text of each amending paragraph in date order, and the commencement and transitional articles of each amending act (`context`). The datasets are Gazette texts, not consolidations: apply each amendment's wording to the base text yourself, and take start dates from `context`. For a past date add `--as-of YYYY-MM-DD` (it filters by publication date). Done when the wording of each relied-on provision at the relevant date is settled. 3. **Trace.** Run `trace ` when the question spans the NOK and the Code, or asks what became of a NOK provision. It gives the Annex A links and rows. 4. **Answer.** ## Answer rules - State the `updated` value of the output verbatim, as the date of the regulations used. - Cite each provision with its `cite` string verbatim. For an id with `#`, `~` or `@`, give the `id` beside it. - Quote legal text in the original Greek. - Report every gap the output flags, and say which conclusion it affects: - `notes`, `missing_text`, `image_pages`: text the Gazette prints as an image, or that the datasets lack. Say the text is unavailable and leave that rule unstated. - `not_codified`: NOK provisions that Annex A does not list. Code article 477 did not repeal them and the Code has no such text; their status needs legal advice. - An amendment whose `status` is `matcher`, `annex_a`, `unchecked` or `title` rests on one source only. Code amendments have no `status` (one source by design).
