## 0.2.0 — 2026-10-06

First public release under the name **dsh-remote-dashboard** (it was `dsh-monitor`; that npm name belongs to an unrelated plugin — see the README's *Migrating* section).

### Added
- **Push mode** (`mode: push`): a machine that can't be reached (VM, NAT, another tailnet) sends its snapshot to the hub with `POST /v1/push`. It binds nothing. Hub peers get `push: true`; the hub names the machine from its own config, checks the token before reading the body, caps bodies at 1 MB and re-bounds everything it stores.
- **`tokenFile`** for agents, push agents and hub peers (warns if the file isn't `chmod 600`).
- **Fit-to-screen layout**: running sessions and sessions with a pending approval always show; idle ones fill the remaining height, newest first, with a `+N idle` line for the rest. Rows go compact, then the page scrolls, only when the busy sessions alone don't fit.
- README screenshots, security warning (no TLS, key in URL), `LICENSE` (MIT), `AGENTS.md`, this changelog.
- Clear log line `NOT RUNNING - …` for a bad config or a failed bind (with the addresses the machine does own), instead of an error escaping into DSH.

### Changed
- Package, plugin id and log prefix renamed to `dsh-remote-dashboard`.
- Untitled sessions show `Untitled · <last 6 of id>` instead of `session-`.
- Polled snapshots are sanitised the same way as pushed ones.

### Fixed
- Phone layout no longer overflows sideways.
- A hub in `both` mode no longer demands an agent token.

**Before → after: a crowded workstation on a 1280×710 tablet.** Before, the list ran off the bottom and the other machines were pushed out of view; after, everything fits and the idle remainder is `+2 idle`.
