Default prompt is `Continue? [y/N]`. `--yes` approves this **verified** plan. It does not install UNKNOWN / AMBIGUOUS / manual-source packs.

## Security invariant

**`inspect`, `init`, and `run` never install executable Python.** Only explicit setup does.
