解法如下：

$ sudo vim /usr/share/python3/debpython/files.py +53

$ sudo apt-get remove --purge gir1.2-ibus-1.0*
$ sudo vim /usr/share/python3/debpython/files.py +53
    if process.returncode != 0:
        raise Exception("cannot get content of %s" % package_name)
