# Tiny Cars Privacy Policy Last updated: June 6, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how Tiny Cars collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you play the game. ## Information We Collect Tiny Cars uses Unity Leaderboards to record and display player scores. Unity Leaderboards collects the following personal data so the leaderboard service can work: - Unity Player ID - IP address Tiny Cars may also submit gameplay score data to Unity Leaderboards, such as your score, rank, and leaderboard entries. We do not intentionally submit personal information through developer-defined leaderboard data fields. Do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or other personal information in any player name or leaderboard-related field. ## How We Use Information We use leaderboard information to: - Record player scores - Show rankings and leaderboard positions - Display scores around a player - Reset or rotate leaderboards when applicable - Maintain and operate the leaderboard feature ## Unity Services Tiny Cars uses Unity Leaderboards, which depends on Unity Authentication. Under CCPA, as modified by CPRA, Unity states that it acts as a service provider and the game developer acts as the business. ## Consent and Opt-Out Unity Leaderboards does not provide a built-in consent service. If consent or an opt-out is required by applicable law, Tiny Cars will handle that within the game or through another available contact process. If you do not want leaderboard data to be submitted, do not use leaderboard features where an opt-out is not available. ## Data Retention Unity states that Leaderboards personal data is retained indefinitely by default, or until a leaderboard is reset. If leaderboard archives are enabled, archived data may also be retained indefinitely. ## Access and Deletion Requests You may request access to or deletion of your leaderboard data where required by applicable law. Unity Leaderboards does not provide a native player-facing access request feature. Access requests must be handled by the developer using Unity's SDK or REST APIs. Unity Leaderboards supports deletion of leaderboard scores through the Unity Leaderboards Admin API. This deletion applies only to Unity Leaderboards data. Deleting the Unity Player ID created by Unity Authentication requires use of Unity Authentication deletion processes. ## Children's Privacy Unity states that Unity Leaderboards is not intended for use in applications with child users unless the developer has obtained verified parental consent where required.
