# x-feed-algorithm

An [Agent Plugins](https://agent-plugins.org/) (spec 1.0.0) plugin with two
skills derived from X's open-sourced For You algorithm
([xai-org/x-algorithm](https://github.com/xai-org/x-algorithm), Apache-2.0):

- **`grow-on-x`** — draft, score, and schedule X posts using the algorithm's
  real default ranking weights (reply = 10 likes, mutual reply = 40, report =
  −470, cold-start slots for small accounts). Ranks draft variants the way
  X's feed will.
- **`for-you-digest`** — inbox/firehose triage using the same pipeline
  pattern: parallel candidate sourcing, cheap pre-filtering, per-item
  weighted multi-signal scoring, channel diversity decay, cold-start
  discovery slots, and a visibility-policy pass kept separate from ranking.

## Install

Any Agent Plugins–conformant client discovers both skills from `skills/`.

**NanoClaw** can use this plugin: NanoClaw agents consume skills in the same
`SKILL.md` (Agent Skills) format, so copy the directories under `skills/`
into your agent's skills folder and they work as-is.

For other clients without plugin support, do the same with their skills
location (e.g. `~/.claude/skills/` for Claude Code).

Weights were read from the repo's published defaults on 2026-08-14; X can
retune them remotely, so treat them as directionally stable.
