**Priorities** of The Sunil Abraham Project (TSAP) are the areas of work and development that currently receive particular attention in guiding the project. They help define where the project should focus its time, resources, relationships, and efforts, while allowing sufficient flexibility to respond to changing circumstances and opportunities.

**The priorities presented on this page are draft priorities and an initial working list.** They are being developed as a starting point and have not necessarily been agreed upon or formally adopted by TSAP. They may be reviewed, revised, added to, or removed from time to time as the project develops and as its circumstances, needs, opportunities, and understanding change.

## Core funding

Secure core funding to sustain the project, including professional fees and payments to staff, project expenses, and infrastructure and operational requirements.

Where possible, core funding should provide stability for at least two years, particularly during the formation and early development of the project.

## Steady and disciplined growth

Develop TSAP through steady, disciplined, and continuous growth. Work should be carried out regularly and consistently, with sustained attention to the project's larger goals.

Larger goals should be broken down into smaller, concrete tasks and pursued systematically. Progress should be tracked through specific and measurable goals and targets, helping the project maintain continuity and focus while avoiding unnecessary interruption or diversion of attention.

## Networking

Build meaningful networks with influential, capable, and like-minded individuals and organisations whose work and interests are aligned with TSAP's vision and mission.

Such networks should contribute to the project's growth, visibility, collaboration, and opportunities for meaningful public impact. TSAP should prioritise substantive relationships and engagement over one-off or repetitive participation in events, conferences, and similar activities where the primary value is attendance, visibility, or repeated presentation rather than meaningful interaction, collaboration, problem-solving, or sustained outcomes.

Conference hopping and participation in activities without a clear connection to the project's priorities should therefore not become an end in themselves or a substitute for sustained work and meaningful relationships.

## Adherence to Foundational Principles

All TSAP priorities, activities, and development should remain fully aligned with the [TSAP Foundational Principles](/tsap/foundational-principles/).

The Foundational Principles are intended to remain central to the identity and direction of the project, including when priorities change or new opportunities and activities are considered.
