## Subscription Information

Swiftie Lover offers the following auto-renewing subscription options:

1. **Annual Subscription**: $4.99 per year, with a 1-week free trial. This subscription has a duration of one year.
2. **Monthly Subscription**: $0.99 per month, with a 1-week free trial. This subscription has a duration of one month.

### Subscription Details

- Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user. If they purchased a membership through the App Store, auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

## Information Collection and Use

Swiftie Lover does not collect any personal data from its users, with the exception of a voluntarily provided user name for leaderboard purposes.

### Leaderboard

- When a user achieves a high score, they are given the option to be added to the Leaderboard.
- A screen is presented to the user with an option to Opt Out. If the user chooses not to Opt Out, they can enter a free-form user name.
- The user name, along with the user's score and the date, are saved to our server.
- This information is displayed on the app's Leaderboard screen.
- No additional personal data (such as email addresses or account information) is collected or stored.

## Data Storage and Sharing

- The data collected (user name, score, and date) is stored on a secure server.
- This information is only used for displaying on the Leaderboard within the Swiftie Lover app.
- We do not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
