# Tabular Software License

This project is dual-licensed under:

1. **GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPL-3.0)**
   You may use, copy, modify, and distribute this software under the terms of the AGPL-3.0.
   A copy of the full license is available in the file `LICENSE-AGPL` or at:
   https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html

   Key points:
   - Free for personal, educational, research, and community use.
   - Any modifications or derivative works that you distribute or host
     (e.g., SaaS/web service) must also be licensed under the AGPL-3.0
     and made available in source code form.

2. **Commercial License**
   If you wish to use this software for commercial purposes **without**
   being bound by the requirements of AGPL-3.0 (for example, if you
   want to keep your derivative works proprietary, or integrate this
   software into a closed-source product), you must purchase a
   commercial license from:

   Commercial license holders receive:
