# Privacy policy: UK Take Home Pay Calculator extension

Last updated: 4 October 2026

The UK Take Home Pay Calculator extension does not collect, store on any server, sell or share any personal data.

- It requests no browser permissions.
- It makes no network requests. All calculations run inside your browser.
- The salary and settings you type are saved only in your own browser's local storage, so the popup remembers them next time. You can clear them by removing the extension.
- Links in the popup open pages on takehomepaypro.co.uk in a new tab. Those pages have their own privacy policy at https://takehomepaypro.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
