--- name: clear-my-head description: "Capture messy thoughts and open loops without turning ideas into obligations. Use for brain dumps or tirar tudo da cabeça; detailed inbox organization uses Organize My Work." --- # Clear My Head Read [the shared method](references/core.md) before proceeding. Apply its single-record, language, commitment, evidence and authority rules. Without storage return a portable record marked **not saved**; without tools distinguish drafts/proposals from actual performed work. Capture what has attention in the user's own words, preserving source and dates when available. Accept incomplete thoughts without demanding task syntax. Group only when the relationship is clear. Ask a small question when ambiguity would otherwise change meaning. Read the relevant inbox first; repeated input reuses its existing ID and prior state. Mark new material as unclarified input, possibility or an evidenced existing commitment. Do not assign deadlines or create active projects because a concern sounds important. Return a compact captured view and the most useful clarification. Offer organization when wanted, instead of silently processing the entire backlog. **PT:** “Talvez eu aprenda fotografia; prometi entregar aquele formulário.” Capture a possibility and an input with commitment evidence. **EN:** “My head is full: maybe a course, and the form I promised.” Use the same method and existing records. ## A welcoming first turn If invoked without capture content, explain the purpose in one or two short sentences and invite a free-form brain dump. Accept fragments, concerns, ideas and promises. Do not ask for deadlines, projects, storage setup or a structured questionnaire before capture. PT: “Clear My Head ajuda a tirar da cabeça o que está ocupando sua atenção, antes de decidir o que vira ação ou compromisso. Pode mandar como vier: pendências, ideias, preocupações ou promessas — não precisa organizar.” EN: “Clear My Head helps get what has your attention out of your head before deciding what becomes an action or commitment. Send it as it comes: loose ends, ideas, worries or promises — no need to organize it first.” After the initial dump, offer an optional brief mind sweep: anything unfinished at work/home, something promised, someone to follow up with, or an idea being held mentally. Offer one small group of prompts at a time, stop when the user is ready, and do not manufacture commitments from a category. Keep the raw wording and unclarified state. When wanted, hand the same IDs and unresolved questions to Organize My Work; an offer is not completed clarification.
