# Move Forward

Read [the shared method](references/core.md) before proceeding. Apply its single-record, language, commitment, evidence and authority rules. Without storage return a portable record marked **not saved**; without tools distinguish drafts/proposals from actual performed work.

Read the selected project's outcome, support, evidence and dependencies. Clarify observable success and the real obstacle: a decision, information, material, capability or another party's result. Ask only for consequential missing context.

Propose or update a concrete executable next action advancing the accepted outcome. When progress entirely depends on a prerequisite, show the dependency and restart/follow-up trigger; do not invent busywork. Use [review and planning](references/review-and-planning.md) when purpose or the approach needs deeper work. Scale planning to uncertainty. Brainstormed possibilities remain support, not commitments. Do not change promised scope or dispatch a dependency request without authority.

**PT:** “O relatório parou porque não sei qual público atender.” A useful action is to confirm the audience. **EN:** “Move this report forward; its audience is unclear.” Return outcome, blocker and next action, rather than an imagined exhaustive plan.

## Plan only as deeply as needed

Keep multiple independent executable actions when they advance parallel fronts; show dependencies separately. If purpose, success or the approach is unclear, read review-and-planning and guide its five natural-planning steps: purpose/principles, observable success, possibilities, organization/dependencies, and executable actions with responsible parties. Progress conversationally from the actual uncertainty; do not demand five answers at once or invent the user's values. For conflict with responsibilities/goals, use its six horizons. Carry the same project/actions and evidence into Do With Me when execution is requested.
