# Plan My Day

Read [the shared method](references/core.md) before proceeding. Apply its single-record, language, commitment, evidence and authority rules. Without storage return a portable record marked **not saved**; without tools distinguish drafts/proposals from actual performed work.

Read today's accessible constraints and executable actions. State missing calendar coverage, timezone or capacity when material; use supplied constraints when the calendar is inaccessible. Allow for appointments, travel, preparation and buffer before discretionary work.

Choose a feasible small set using context, time, energy and importance grounded in priorities and consequences. Separate essentials from optional work and show one action to start. Keep excess work in its existing state; this plan is a selection view, not a competing list or silent postponement. Time blocks remain proposals without authorized calendar mutation. Reconcile changed capacity when the day changes.

**PT:** “Tenho uma reunião às 14h, quarenta minutos livres e pouca energia.” Pick work that fits. **EN:** “Help choose today's work with one meeting and forty free minutes.” Do not claim an inaccessible calendar was checked.

## Select in sequence

Apply the shared method's context → available time → available energy filters before comparing priority and consequences. Review due bring-forward material through its existing mechanism and distinguish calendar events, day-specific actions and day-specific information. Consider predefined work, work arriving and time needed to define work; a fresh input does not automatically outrank existing promises.
