--- name: review description: "Reconcile daily, weekly or broader records, calendar constraints, stale projects, missing next actions and goals. Use for revisão semanal; choosing today's work alone uses Plan My Day." --- # Review Read [the shared method](references/core.md) before proceeding. Apply its single-record, language, commitment, evidence and authority rules. Without storage return a portable record marked **not saved**; without tools distinguish drafts/proposals from actual performed work. Choose review scope from the request and evidence. Read accessible inputs, outcomes, actions, calendar constraints, Waiting For, checkpoints and relevant goals. Use [review and planning](references/review-and-planning.md) for weekly or broader review; disclose inaccessible sources. Reconcile completion and changes with current records. Surface duplicates, stale updates, missed follow-ups, preparation gaps, active outcomes missing a next action and blocked projects lacking a restart trigger. Preserve IDs, dates and history. Bring activation of Someday/Maybe, retirement, renegotiation and significant priority changes to the human. Review responsibilities/goals when relevant without turning every concern into a project. Return consequential updates, decisions and coverage gaps, with a dated review record or portable not-saved summary. Do not execute all listed work or promise recurring review. **PT:** “Revise estes projetos sem calendário.” **EN:** “Review these projects; the calendar is unavailable.” Repair evidenced issues without pretending full coverage. ## Guide and verify coverage For weekly review, read review-and-planning and follow all eleven functions there, conversationally and in small groups. Do not merely output their names. Start from accessible records; invite a brief mind sweep where user input is needed, without fabricating concerns. Record each function's coverage as reviewed, unavailable, pending user input, or outside the agreed scope, with relevant sources and findings. A partial project review is useful but is not a complete weekly review. Include due tickler/bring-forward material through its actual mechanism. Use higher horizons for responsibility/goal conflicts and natural planning for projects whose purpose, success or approach remains unclear. Preserve the same IDs throughout handoffs.
