Privacy Policy Salesforce Status Helper does not collect, sell, or share personal data. Nothing is sent to the developer or to any third party. What it reads To do its job, the extension reads your Omni-Channel status and your cases' numbers, subjects, statuses and SLA countdowns from the Salesforce pages you have open. It also switches the On Queue and Off Queue toggle in your open Genesys Cloud tab. Where it is kept Your settings are saved with Chrome's own extension storage. If Chrome sync is turned on, Google syncs them to your other Chrome browsers, as it does for any extension. Case numbers, subjects, statuses and SLA deadlines are kept only in the browser's local storage on this computer, to show your case counts and countdowns. What it never does No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no external servers. The warning chime is generated inside the extension and uses no outside service.
