This license governs use of the Tempis Timeline software and associated
documentation ("Software").

1. NON-COMMERCIAL USE (FREE)

   You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software free of charge for:

   • Personal projects
   • Academic research and education
   • Open-source projects that generate no revenue
   • Evaluation and prototyping (including within a commercial organisation,
     provided the Software is not shipped to production or end users)

2. COMMERCIAL USE (LICENCE REQUIRED)

   A paid commercial licence is required when the Software is used in any
   context where revenue is generated, directly or indirectly. This includes
   but is not limited to:

   • SaaS applications and hosted products
   • Paid software products (desktop, mobile, or web)
   • Client projects and agency work delivered for payment
   • Internal business tools within a revenue-generating organisation
   • Any product or service distributed to paying customers

   A single commercial licence covers one organisation — unlimited developers,
   unlimited projects, no seat limits.

3. REDISTRIBUTION

   Redistribution of the Software, with or without modification, is permitted
   provided that:

   • This licence notice is included in all copies or substantial portions
   • The Software is not sold or sublicensed as a standalone product
