### Co-Founder
NDX Pty Ltd | Melbourne, VIC | October 2023 – Present
- Ship Work Hours Online (Deno Fresh), a mobile-first time and multiplier calculator, currently in pre-beta as the grassroots product wedge.
- Run Sentinel BI internally and package SBI Dashboard consultancy so managers get an at-a-glance org view that opens into deeper Sentinel orchestration.
- Operate a multi-cloud delivery stack—self-hosted Kubernetes, Cloudflare Workers, and AWS—for software aimed at both grassroots and enterprise markets.

### Software Analyst
University of Canberra | Canberra, ACT | 2002 – 2007
- Built the campus Lecture Streaming System (2003): automated livestream and video archive with a lecturer web UI, enrollment-aware student portal views, and data-warehouse feeds.
- Ran capture on 7 on-premise hosts (4 video cards each) wired into lecture halls; wrote a C#/.NET central server (“Snow White”) and Windows services that drove Windows Media Encoder state machines on each host, plus CLI archive jobs.
- Built the university Policy database, a custom document management app on a bespoke XML stack (XAO PHP), with substantial XML/XSLT work across university systems.

### Webmaster / IT (concurrent with DoD contract)
Australian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association (AEEMA) | Canberra area | 1998 – 2002
- Built a database-driven website and CMS in ColdFusion before off-the-shelf CMS products were common.

### Australian Army Webmaster (DoD contractor)
Department of Defence — Defense Publishing Systems (DPS) | Russell Offices, Canberra, ACT | 1998 – 2002
- Built and graphically designed the main Australian Army website; coordinated unit sites and liaised with their creators.
- Oversaw implementation of Defence’s first corporate CMS (ASP.NET) delivered with an external Brisbane web studio.
- Owned ongoing Army web delivery before and after the CMS while based in DPS, where I learned SGML and early XML publishing concepts.
