# Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

## Openbee Project Contributor License Agreement

Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Openbee project. Before submitting any contribution (including but not limited to code, documentation, designs, or suggestions), please read and agree to the following terms.

### 1. Definitions

- **"Project"** refers to the Openbee open-source project and all related repositories.
- **"Contribution"** refers to any content you submit to the Project in any form, including but not limited to source code, documentation, configuration files, design assets, Issues, Pull Requests, and suggestions in related discussions.
- **"Maintainer"** refers to the copyright holder, Hangzhou Wanxun Technology Co., Ltd., and its authorized project managers.

### 2. Grant of License

You hereby grant the Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, distribute, sublicense your Contribution, and to create derivative works based on your Contribution.

### 3. Voluntary Contribution and Waiver of Compensation

You acknowledge and agree that:

- Your Contribution is made entirely on a voluntary basis, and no employment, commission, or contractual relationship of any kind exists.
- Your Contribution is made without compensation. You will not receive any financial remuneration, equity, dividends, or any other form of material benefit in connection with your Contribution.
- You voluntarily and irrevocably waive any and all claims to future economic benefits that may arise from your Contribution, including but not limited to revenue generated from the commercialization, sale, or licensing of the Project.

### 4. Originality Representation

You represent and warrant that:

- Your Contribution is your original work, or you have the legal right to submit the Contribution.
- Your Contribution does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, patent rights, trademark rights, or other legal rights.
- If your Contribution contains content subject to third-party licenses, you have clearly identified such content and ensured its compatibility with the Project's license (MIT License).

### 5. No Warranty

Your Contribution is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty. You make no guarantees regarding the suitability, correctness, or completeness of the Contribution.

### 6. Agreement Effective Date

By submitting a Contribution to the Project (including but not limited to submitting a Pull Request, Issue, or Commit), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
