**LexiconError** is proprietary software. Production use, redistribution, SaaS hosting, and OEM embedding require a written commercial license or completed acquisition.

## Process

1. Describe intended use (seats, deployment, redistribution).
2. Execute NDA if needed.
3. Receive quote and agreement.
4. Complete payment / closing.
5. Receive entitlement confirmation.

## After sale

A completed acquisition or commercial license does **not** automatically convert LexiconError to open source. Post-closing rights are only those granted in the definitive agreement; absent an express open-source relicense, the Product stays proprietary.
