PTCG strategy research evidence — Jonathan Simone

The original report, numerical analysis and participant-authored code in this revision are offered under the MIT license, subject to the competition rules and third-party rights. A general code license does not grant rights to Pokémon Elements or permit uses of Pokémon-trained models that the competition rules restrict.

Credited foundations: Tetsutani's public Grimmsnarl ex Damage-Transfer Control (the unmodified submitted player and teacher/comparator); makthanithin's Apache-2.0 community_1084 policy (the experimental Lucario lineage). These third-party implementations are not reproduced in this new numerical bundle. Existing license and provenance records retained in historical evidence keep their original scope.

Opponent aliases and available historical hashes are recorded in numerical/opponents.json. Incomplete upstream identity or license records are disclosed, not cured by this arithmetic export. The package is not a blanket certification of all historical source provenance.

Organizer card data, artwork, engine, bindings and secrets are excluded. This package includes participant-authored source excerpts and outcome-only research exports; it is not a complete runnable release of the trained player. Full winner-code delivery is a separate obligation under the competition rules.

Roman Rozen (romanrozen) is credited for the public V13 policy used in the disagreement study; that implementation is not redistributed here. Newly curated material comprises project-authored excerpts, aggregate receipts, verification code and the original training-side decoder. Source hashes identify provenance and do not imply ownership of third-party foundations.
