# Additional permission under GNU GPL version 3, section 7

This additional permission applies to every part of NectarLink that is licensed
under the GNU General Public License version 3 or later ("the GPL"), as listed
in the top-level `LICENSE` file.

## Permission

As an additional permission under section 7 of the GPL, the copyright holders
of NectarLink give you permission to convey a covered work, or a work based on
it, through an application store or similar distribution platform (for example
the Apple App Store, the Mac App Store, the Microsoft Store or Google Play),
even if that platform's terms of service or technical measures add
restrictions that would otherwise conflict with the GPL, such as limits on the
number of devices, usage rules, or digital rights management applied by the
platform.

## Conditions

This permission applies only if all of the following are true:

1. The Corresponding Source of the exact version conveyed through the platform
   is made available, free of charge, under the terms of the GPL (with this
   additional permission), through a means other than the platform, such as a
   public source code repository.
2. Recipients are informed, for example in the app's description or its
   "About" screen, where that Corresponding Source can be obtained.
3. The platform's restrictions are imposed by the platform itself and not
   added by you.

## Scope

This permission only relaxes the restrictions described above. It does not
remove or reduce any right that the GPL grants to recipients. You may remove
this additional permission from your own copies or modified versions, as
allowed by section 7 of the GPL. Contributions to NectarLink are accepted under
the GPL together with this additional permission.
