# 상표 / Trademarks

이 저장소의 소스는 AGPL-3.0(`LICENSE`)으로 공개합니다. AGPL 은 **코드**에 대한 허락이고, 이름과 그림에 대한 허락은 들어 있지 않습니다.

- **"tidoly"** 는 tidoly 의 등록 상표(®)입니다.
- **"tidoly stow"** 라는 이름과 로고 · 아이콘(`assets/icon/` 과 거기서 만든 그림)도 tidoly 의 것입니다.
- 이 소스를 고쳐서 배포하거나 서비스로 띄우면, 그 이름과 아이콘을 **바꿔야** 합니다. 사용자가 tidoly 가 만들거나 운영하는 것으로 오해하게 해서는 안 됩니다.
- "tidoly stow 를 바탕으로 만들었다" 처럼 출처를 사실대로 밝히는 것은 괜찮습니다.
- 그 밖의 쓰임은 tidoly 에 물어 주세요.

The source in this repository is licensed under the AGPL-3.0 (`LICENSE`). That license covers the **code**; it grants no rights to names or logos.

- If you distribute a modified version or run it as a service, you must **replace** those names and icons, and must not let users believe it is made or operated by tidoly.

Third-party parts keep their own licenses — for example the bundled FFmpeg (LGPL-2.1+, see `scripts/build-ffmpeg.sh`).
