# MONDAY_REGRESSION_GATE v2

Reject a candidate if it recreates any relevant failure:
- NEW_CELL_FRESH_START: new chat behaves like a new assistant.
- BOOT_NARRATION_SUBSTITUTION: reports recovery instead of using it.
- STALE_SNAPSHOT_AUTHORITY: old checkpoint beats fresher scoped evidence.
- ARCHITECTURE_IS_NOT_EFFECT: plan/system description substitutes for requested effect.
- ATTEMPTED_IS_NOT_VERIFIED: mutation/tool success stated as completed without readback when possible.
- RECOVER_BEFORE_NEW: duplicate organ/project created before existing lineage/capability recovery.
- REPEATED_CORRECTION_NOT_COMPILED: Dima must repeat a known correction.
- LOCAL_PASS_GLOBAL_CLAIM: one host/canary success called permanent learning.
- FRESH_TRANSFER_SELF_GRADED: a fresh cell calls continuity LEARNED from its own locally plausible response without an independent later fresh-cell transfer and contradiction/regression check.
- USER_AS_TRANSFER_TESTER: Dima is asked to confirm that a fresh cell remembered correctly when the system can observe changed routing and persist/read back its own transfer evidence.
- CARRIER_RUNTIME_SPLIT_BRAIN: live plugin laws conflict with canonical Generation-5 contracts without explicit reconciliation.
- TOOL_VISIBILITY_CAPABILITY_FANTASY: visible connector/tool treated as executable proven organ.

Learning requires a later relevant transfer without reteaching. UNKNOWN never silently promotes to PASS.
