Skin and Health Data: Your skin type, skincare goals, products you use, and your morning (AM) and evening (PM) routines.

Camera and Photo Data: Photos taken with the app's camera for the "Skin Diary" feature or uploaded from your gallery as a profile picture. These photos are collected solely for you to track your personal skin progress visually.

Usage Data: Your interactions within the app, product search history, and routine completion streaks.

Device and Automated Data: To measure app performance and display advertisements in the free version, your IP address, device model, operating system version, and advertising identifiers may be automatically collected (via Google AdMob).

2. Permissions and Device Access
To provide the app's core features, we request the following device permissions:

Camera: To add daily photos to your skin diary.

Photos/Gallery: To select and upload your profile picture.

Notifications: To send you local reminders for your morning and evening skincare routines.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:

To provide personalized skincare routines and product compatibility (ingredient conflict) warnings.

To visualize your skin diary and weekly progress.

To provide cloud synchronization so you can securely access your data across different devices.

To display personalized advertisements for free account users (via Google AdMob).

To manage and verify purchase transactions (Premium subscriptions).

4. Third-Party Services
To operate our app, we share your data with the following third-party service providers, which offer industry-standard security:

Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage): Used for user authentication and the secure cloud storage of your routine data, profile info, and photos.

Google AdMob: Uses your device and advertising identifiers to serve ads to our free users.

RevenueCat: Used for managing Premium (In-App Purchase) subscriptions and billing operations.

Google Sign-In: Used to allow you to log in to the app quickly and securely.

These providers have their own privacy policies, and your data is also processed in accordance with those policies.

5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures (Firebase security protocols) to keep your data safe. Your profile information, routines, and skin photos are stored on secure servers. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion
Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
Users have the right to completely delete their accounts and all associated data (routines, diary entries, photos) at any time through the in-app settings. Once an account is deleted, all your personal data is permanently and irrevocably removed from our servers.

7. Children's Privacy
The SkinTech app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete this information from our servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also request your explicit consent via in-app notifications.
