## Auto-detection

On `init`, simplebeacon detects:

- Common mock directories (`fixtures`, `__mocks__`, `web/data`, etc.)
- Production code paths (`src/`, `server/`, `lib/`)
- Cascade monorepo layout → `cascade` profile
- Package manager (npm/yarn/pnpm)

## Validation

Invalid config files produce warnings with `--verbose`:
