# NOTICE dsh-feyagate-gateway Copyright (c) 2026 FeyaGate Contributors Licensed under the MIT License (see LICENSE). ## This repository contains no binaries This plugin ships **source code, a manifest, and documentation only**. It does not contain, bundle, mirror, or re-package the `miloco-mcp-server` executable or any part of it — not in the repository, not in the published npm package, and not in any release artifact. At run time the plugin downloads a platform-specific build from channels operated by the rights holder, verifies its checksum against `manifest/server-manifest.json`, and installs it into the user's own machine (`~/.dsh/dsh-feyagate/`). The downloaded binary is **not** distributed by this project, and nothing in this repository grants any right to it. ## The downloaded binary is licensed separately `miloco-mcp-server` is a separate work with its own distribution terms. Those terms are governed by the channel it is downloaded from — not by this project's MIT license. This plugin makes no representation about them, and its MIT license applies only to the plugin's own source. Anyone redistributing the binary, or operating a mirror of it, must satisfy the rights holder's terms themselves. Community forks of this plugin must not publish binary mirrors under this project's name; the download sources are configurable, so a fork should point at its own channel instead. ## Xiaomi proprietary component — never distributed `miloco-mcp-server` loads a Xiaomi proprietary native library (shipped upstream as `lib/libmiot_camera_lite.{dylib,so}`) for camera P2P streaming. That library is proprietary to Xiaomi and is **never** downloaded, mirrored, bundled, or redistributed by this plugin. Some upstream builds do not include it. When it is absent, camera features are unavailable while every other platform keeps working; the plugin reports that condition explicitly (as a degraded state with a reason) instead of failing silently or pretending the feature exists. ## Plugin dependencies The plugin's own source pulls two normal npm libraries, declared in `package.json` and installed by the package manager (they are not vendored or re-published here): | Package | License | Why | | --- | --- | --- | | `qrcode` (with `pngjs`) | MIT | Renders the Tuya QR-login token as an image a phone can scan | | `jsqr` | Apache-2.0 | **Development only** — decodes the generated image in the test suite, so a broken QR fails the build instead of the user | ## Upstream attribution `miloco-mcp-server` describes itself as based on the Xiaomi Miloco project, and its source tree carries an MIT license file naming the FeyaGate/miloco-mcp-server authors. Third-party license obligations attached to the published binaries — including any copyleft obligations of components statically or dynamically linked into them (for example FFmpeg libraries on Linux, where the upstream package is dynamically linked and declares runtime dependencies such as `libavcodec`, `libavutil`, `libswscale`, `libssl3`, and `libyaml-cpp`) — are the responsibility of whoever publishes those binaries, and are **not** audited by this project. If you are the rights holder and want a correction here, open an issue.
