# TENNET Privacy Policy Last updated: June 12, 2026 TENNET is a business operations application for restaurants. It helps authorized restaurant and administrative users manage Uber Eats claim workflows, evidence uploads, email drafts, recovery tracking, reports, and related operational tasks. ## Information We Process TENNET may process account and business information such as user email addresses, restaurant names, role assignments, order references, claim records, financial reconciliation amounts, uploaded evidence files, photos, PDFs, and operational notes entered by authorized users. When Gmail integration is enabled by an authorized administrator, TENNET may access Gmail messages related to restaurant claim workflows in order to create drafts, synchronize responses, classify outcomes, and keep dispute records up to date. TENNET does not automatically send emails unless an authorized automatic sending mode is explicitly enabled by the account owner. The mobile app may request access to the camera, photo library, document picker, or QR scanner so users can upload evidence files and complete assigned evidence tasks. ## How We Use Information We use this information to provide TENNET features, including authentication, restaurant management, evidence collection, claim preparation, Gmail draft creation, response tracking, recovery reporting, and auditability. TENNET does not sell user data. TENNET does not use uploaded evidence or Gmail data for advertising. ## Data Sharing Data is only shared when necessary to operate the service, for example with infrastructure, storage, email, and analytics providers configured by the account owner. Evidence and claim information may be included in manually approved dispute communications to Uber Eats support or other relevant business recipients. ## Security TENNET uses role-based access controls and encrypted connections. Sensitive provider credentials are stored server-side and are not exposed in the mobile app. Users should only upload legitimate business evidence and should not upload unnecessary personal information. ## Data Retention and Deletion TENNET keeps operational records as needed for restaurant claim tracking, audits, accounting, and legal or business requirements. An authorized owner can request deletion or correction of account data by contacting the developer. ## Contact For privacy questions or data requests, contact: toussaintcorporation@gmail.com
