The Application is designed for editing photos taken with the device's camera or selected from the gallery. All editing and saving occurs locally on the user's device without any internet data transmission.

- The Application requests camera access to take new photos.
- The Application requests storage access to select images from the gallery and to save edited photos upon explicit user action (pressing the "Save" button).
- Edited photos are saved on the user's device and are not shared with third parties.

## 2. Data Processing

The Application does not collect, store, or process any personal data.

The Application may access photos that the user selects or takes. These images may contain personal data (such as people's faces, EXIF information). The Application does not analyze, extract, transmit, or store this data.

## 3. Permissions

To perform its functions, the Application requests the following permissions:

- Camera access - for creating new images
- Storage access - for selecting images from the gallery and saving edited photos upon explicit user action

No other permissions are required.

The application does not contain advertising, analytics, SDKs, or any third-party elements that could gather user data.

## 5. App Store Data

When installing the Application through an app store, the store's developer company may collect standard information (such as country, device type, purchase history) according to its privacy policy. Since the Application does not collect or transmit personal data, security issues related to processing such information are not applicable.
