Privacy Policy Last updated: 16 August 2026 Short version: Drums has no accounts and no sign-up. Your pads, layouts and presets stay on your device. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. 1. Who we are Drums (“the App”) is developed and published by Denys Kotelnykov (“we”, “us”). If you have any question about this policy, write to udevwork@gmail.com. 2. Information the App stores on your device Everything you create in the App is kept locally in the App’s own storage on your iPhone or iPad: • Your pad grid, loop slots and the sounds assigned to them. • Saved layouts and presets, including the names you give them. • Your favourite sounds and app settings such as master volume. • Any audio files you import into the App yourself. This data never leaves your device through us. It is included in your iCloud or iTunes device backup if you have backups enabled, and it is removed when you delete the App. 3. Subscriptions and purchases Drums offers an auto-renewing subscription. Payments are handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account — we never see or receive your card number, billing address or Apple Account credentials. To check whether a subscription is active and to restore purchases across your devices, we use RevenueCat, Inc. as a purchase infrastructure provider. RevenueCat receives: • A random, app-generated identifier that is not linked to your name or email. • The App Store receipt for your purchase, including the product, price, country and renewal status. • Basic technical information such as the App version, device model and operating system version. RevenueCat processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy, available at revenuecat.com/privacy. Apple’s handling of your payment is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy. 4. What we do not do • We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location. • We do not access your microphone, camera, contacts or photo library. • We do not show third-party advertising or share data with advertising networks. • We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we never have. 5. Diagnostics from Apple If you have enabled sharing of analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated crash reports and usage statistics. These reports are supplied by Apple in anonymised form and cannot be used by us to identify you. You can turn this off at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements. 6. How long data is kept Data stored on your device remains until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App. Purchase records held by RevenueCat and Apple are retained for as long as needed to provide the subscription, to restore purchases, and to meet accounting and legal obligations. 7. Children The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it. 8. Your rights Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the UK, or the CCPA in California — you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information relating to you, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not hold accounts, the fastest way to remove locally stored data is to delete the App. For purchase records, write to udevwork@gmail.com and we will forward your request to our provider. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. 9. Security Data on your device is protected by iOS app sandboxing and device encryption. Traffic between the App and RevenueCat is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the very limited data involved. 10. Changes to this policy We may update this policy when the App changes or the law requires it. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will also be noted in the App’s release notes. 11. Contact Denys Kotelnykov
