This document is the main privacy policy for **Cocktail Twist** Android app. I respects your privacy rights and care about protecting your information collected by my apps.

## What information are eventually collected

- Information about your email address ENCRYPTED.

## Why these data are collect and how are they used

- Providing and improving my services.
- Adjusting contents of the application to the user's preferences and optimizing the use of these applications.

## Personally Identifiable Information. 

In the course of using the Services, you may provide us with personally identifiable information. 
This refers to information about you that can be used to identify you ("Personal Information"). 
If you accept the permission GET_ACCOUNTS, we will collect the information about only your email address ENCRYPTED.
We use your Personal Information mainly to provide our Services and administer your inquiries. 


## Security of information

- Please note, we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
- We store only the sha256 of yor email address, then completely anonymous
- We do not store your other personal information.

## Permissions

Cocktail Twist asks for several permissions. The current set of permissions that are requested is:

- android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE Allows applications to access information about networks.
- android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS to improve my services
- android.permission.INTERNET allows access the Internet. Examples of ADS or share a Cocktail.
- android.permission.VIBRATE to improve user experience
- com.android.vending.BILLING In-app Billing on Google Play. Examples to remove ADS and other.

## Third Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. 
This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our websites and apps, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. 
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.


## Google

We use Google AdSense / AdMob Advertising in this app.
Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads in app. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to this app and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

## California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:
Users can use our app anonymously.
Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page, or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website.
Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy', and can be easily be found on the page specified above.
Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes:
On our Privacy Policy Page.

Users are able to change their personal information:
By emailing us.

## COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation’s consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under 13.
