# Upbit Developer Tools License v1.0

License text copyright (c) 2026 Dunamu Inc. All rights reserved.

This license applies to the software, scripts, related source code, configuration files, and all accompanying documentation (the "Materials") disclosed by Dunamu Inc. ("Dunamu") for the purpose of supporting the convenience of Upbit members in using the service.

This is **not** an open-source license.

## 1. License Grant and Scope of Use

Under this license, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to use the Materials under the following conditions:

- Use for non-commercial purposes to access Upbit services
- Use within the scope of the Upbit Open API Terms of Use (<https://upbit.com/open_api_agreement>), with which you agree and comply
- Modification and redistribution are permitted only if the full text of this license is included and the same terms are maintained  
  (In such cases, the modified or redistributed materials must be disclosed in their entirety in source code form.)

You are also granted the following rights under this license:

- A limited, non-exclusive, and royalty-free copyright license to reproduce, modify, execute, and redistribute the Materials and their derivative works in both source code and object code formats
- If any of the Materials are protected by patents owned by Dunamu, a limited, non-exclusive, and royalty-free patent license to use such technologies (However, if you file a patent-related lawsuit against Dunamu, all patent licenses granted under this license will be automatically terminated from the date of filing.)

## 2. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are explicitly prohibited:

- Any commercial use, service operation, or profit-oriented use of the Materials
  1. Direct revenue generation through services using the Materials (e.g., selling programs, adding paid features, offering paid APIs or memberships)
  1. The use of the Materials in services that generate indirect revenue (e.g., advertising or affiliate income), including but not limited to web services with embedded advertisements, banner-based services, or API response services monetized through traffic
- The use of the Materials by entities engaged in digital asset-related businesses, entities operating in the same or similar lines of business as Dunamu, or entities in any other industries
- Attempting to obtain or claim intellectual property rights (e.g., patents, utility models, trademarks, or designs) based on the Materials or derivative works thereof

## 3. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights (including patents, utility models, trademarks, and designs) of the Materials belong to Dunamu. However, if you modify the Materials and the modified parts are eligible for intellectual property protection, such rights belong to you.

This license does not grant any rights to use any intellectual property owned by Dunamu, including its trademarks, logos, names, or branding.

## 4. Disclaimer

The Materials are provided "as is", and Dunamu assumes no legal responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences, including:

- System errors, data loss, service interruptions, or disputes with third parties caused by misuse, modification, or redistribution of the Materials
- Accuracy and reliability of features, algorithms, or services implemented based on the Materials

Use of the Materials is entirely at your own risk, and by using them, you agree to this disclaimer.

## 5. Actions on License Violations

If you violate the terms of this license, your right to use the Materials will be automatically terminated. Dunamu may take all possible measures including legal action.
