  - Change linker options order to make the Makefile work on Ubuntu and
    recent gcc releases (larry).

    not only the default ones (INOTIFY_BITS).  Also, this option displays
    the full event names instead of the action character.
  - Load passwd and group databases in memory for better performances when
    resolving ID into {user,group}names, and also to remove calls to
    functions getpwent() and getgrent() (they produced an infinite loop
    when monitoring /etc with "-e" option).
  - Bug fix:  when "-fd" and "-r" are specified, launch action_ropenfd()
    instead of action_recursive().

  - To improve performance, a unique function pointer is initialized
    (depending on the settled options) and called when event occurs.  This
    avoid a bunch of conditional expressions (i.e. waste of time).
  - Add the "-p" to load dynamic library that contains a payload code to
    exploit a file race condition vulnerability.
  - Improve the kill option "-k" to specify a file that doesn't exist at
    startup (SIGCONT is sent when file is created).
  - Add a "--version|-v" option to display the current release version.
  - Minor bug fixes.
