Use current connected sources when available: project/repository status, deployments, relevant email, calendar, and source documents. Do not send messages, change events, merge, deploy, charge, publish or modify external systems during the briefing.

Output:
- NOW: up to three material items.
- DECISIONS: decisions awaiting owner judgment.
- MONEY: verified amounts or payment/revenue signals; never estimate silently.
- RISKS: blockers, expiring credentials, compliance deadlines, failed checks or customer-impacting issues.
- NEXT: up to five actions ordered by leverage.

Separate KRAVIA corporate and personal work when the distinction matters. Avoid repeating items that are already completed unless a new problem appeared.

For every stale or unavailable source, say when it was last verified or mark it BLOCKED.
