# Nonogram: Photo Puzzle — Privacy Policy

Nonogram: Photo Puzzle (the “App”) is operated by Shenzhen Vector 123 Technology Company Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We respect your privacy and designed the App so that your puzzles and photos stay on your device.

## 1. Data We Collect

We do not collect, upload, sell, or share personal data through the App. The App does not require an account or sign-in and does not include advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services.

## 2. Photos and Camera

The App can turn a photo into a nonogram puzzle. Camera and photo-library access is optional and is requested only when you choose a feature that needs it.

Selected or captured photos are processed locally on your device. The App does not transmit those photos or the puzzles generated from them to us or to a developer-operated server.

You can deny or revoke camera or photo access in your device settings. Doing so only affects features that require that access.

## 3. Local App Data

Puzzle progress, settings, created puzzles, imported puzzles, photo-puzzle data, and related preferences are stored locally on your device. We cannot access this local content.

You can remove local data through the App where that option is available, through the operating system's app-storage settings, or by uninstalling the App. Purchase records controlled by Google Play are not deleted when local App data is removed.

## 4. Sharing

The App can generate a puzzle share code locally. Nothing is sent automatically. If you choose to send a code or other content through another app or service, that third party handles the information under its own privacy policy.

## 5. Google Play Billing

The Android version offers an optional one-time Pro purchase through Google Play. Google processes the transaction and payment information under the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

The App receives only the product and purchase status needed to display the price, complete the purchase, acknowledge it, unlock Pro features, and restore the entitlement. We do not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account details, and the App does not send purchase data to a developer-operated server.

## 6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Because the App does not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. A parent or guardian with a privacy question may contact us using the address below.

## 7. Security

Keeping data on the device reduces transmission risk. Device security, backups, and access to local App data are also controlled by your operating system and device settings.

## 8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if the App's features or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and provide any additional notice required by law. We will review this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration before releasing a version that changes data handling.
