Shenzhen Vector 123 Technology Company Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates Pose Camera ("the Application"). We respect and protect your privacy. The Application is an offline pose reference and camera overlay tool. Pose templates and photo tips are bundled with the installation package and can be browsed without an account or network connection. We do not operate a user account system, do not collect personal identity information, and do not upload your photos, camera previews, favorites, shooting plans, settings, or usage content to our servers.

Permissions and Local Processing

The Application may request access to the camera so that you can take photos with pose overlays. Camera previews and captured photos are processed on your device. The Application does not request microphone permission, does not record audio, and does not collect voice or sound data.

When you choose to save a captured photo, the Application may access the system photo library or media storage only for the purpose of saving that file. Favorites, recent captures, shooting plans, theme preferences, privacy consent status, and optional Pro unlock status (where available) are stored locally on your device.

In-App Purchases

On supported platforms, you may optionally purchase Pose Camera Pro through the applicable app store on your device to unlock unlimited pose-assisted shooting and unlimited shooting plans. Payment processing is handled entirely by that platform store. We do not receive or store your payment card numbers or other full payment credentials. The store may provide purchase confirmation and entitlement status needed to unlock Pro features on your device.

Data Sharing and Transfers

We do not sell, rent, disclose, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Because the core Application functions run locally, we do not transmit your photos or app content to cloud services operated by us. If you choose to contact us by email, open an app store listing, or leave a review, any information you provide through those channels is handled according to the relevant platform or service.

Data Retention and Control

Locally stored app data remains on your device unless you delete it in the Application, clear app data through the operating system settings, or uninstall the Application. Photos saved to your system gallery are managed by your device's photo library and storage settings.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated versions will be published on this page with an effective date. If material changes are made, we will provide an in-app notice where appropriate.
