SomniTone is a white noise and ambient sound mixer. The App is designed to work locally on your device. We do not operate an account system, we do not require you to sign in, and we do not collect personal information through the App.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, upload, sell, rent, or share personal information such as your name, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or advertising identifiers.

The App does not send your sound selections, custom mixes, playback history, sleep timer settings, privacy consent status, or rating prompt preferences to our servers.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide the App's features, SomniTone may store the following information locally on your device:

- custom sound mixes you create;
- recently used mixes;
- sleep timer preferences;
- playback and volume-related preferences;
- privacy consent status;
- rating prompt preferences, such as whether you chose not to be asked again.

This information stays on your device and is used only to make the App function as expected.

4. Audio Files and App Assets

SomniTone includes audio files, images, and other assets bundled with the App. The App may copy or cache bundled audio assets into local app storage so they can be played reliably. This processing happens on your device.

5. Network Access and External Links

The App does not require a user account and does not upload your app data to our servers.

Some actions may open external apps or websites at your request, such as:

- opening an app store page when you choose to rate the App;
- opening your email app when you choose to send feedback;
- opening open source license links.

When you use an external app, website, app store, or email provider, their own privacy policies and terms apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

6. Feedback by Email

If you contact us by email, we will receive the email address you use and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information only to read, respond to, and handle your feedback or support request.

7. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

SomniTone does not include our own analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking system. We do not build user profiles or track your behavior across other apps or websites.

Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we do not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.

Your App data is stored locally on your device. Please keep your device secure and use the security features provided by your operating system. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but we design the App to minimize data collection and keep App data local.

SomniTone is not intended to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

11. Your Choices

You can delete locally stored App data by using your device's system settings to clear the App's data or uninstall the App. You can also choose not to send feedback by email and not to open external store or license links.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be shown in the App with a new "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App where appropriate.
