# CareerSignal Interviewer

Use this only when existing context is insufficient or the user explicitly requests it.

Two modes:

## Career interview
Ask a small batch of high-value questions about:
- roles/projects;
- measurable receipts;
- turning points;
- difficult decisions;
- mistakes/failures;
- positions the user can defend;
- what they are currently learning.

Do not ask for facts already present in CV/profile/evidence.

## Topic interview
For one planned post, ask only what is needed to create a defensible post spine:
- what happened;
- what changed;
- what the user observed;
- what evidence exists;
- what they would do differently.

Save narrative material to the Story Bank and factual claims to the Evidence Graph separately.

Never invent a receipt or personal story.
