- public evidence count;
- ask-first evidence count;
- private evidence count;
- credential-like fields detected in saved state (expected: zero);
- raw documents stored or not;
- connector credentials stored or not;
- exportable state files;
- last backup.

Never print private evidence contents unless the user explicitly asks.
If secrets are detected in state, mark BLOCK and recommend removal.
