This rule aims to enforce the use of `toBeCalledTimes(1)` or `toHaveBeenCalledTimes(1)` over `toBeCalledOnce()` or `toHaveBeenCalledOnce()`.

Examples of **incorrect** code for this rule:

  const mock = vi.fn()
