# Delete all messages in a Discord channel or DM

1. Select and Copy this script: [deleteDiscordMessages.js](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/victornpb/undiscord/master/deleteDiscordMessages.user.js)

2. Open [Discord](https://discord.com/channels/@me) in a __browser__ (like Chrome, Safari or Firefox)  
and go to a #Channel or a DM conversation

3. Open DevTools pressing:
    - Chrome (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS):
    <kbd>F12</kbd> or <kbd>Control</kbd>+<kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>J</kbd>
    - Firefox (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS):
    <kbd>F12</kbd> or <kbd>Control</kbd>+<kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>K</kbd>
    - Chrome (Mac): 
    <kbd>Command</kbd>+<kbd>Option</kbd>+<kbd>J</kbd>
    - Safari (Mac): <kbd>Command</kbd>+<kbd>Option</kbd>+<kbd>C</kbd>
  
4. Paste  (<kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>V</kbd>) the script in the "Console" tab, then press <kbd>ENTER</kbd>, a popup window will open;

5. Click on the blue buttons near **Authorization**, **Author** and **Channel**.

6. Click the **START** button.
