# VVTerm App Store Binary License

This document defines the license model for official VVTerm binaries distributed through Apple's App Store.

## Scope

This license applies only to binary builds of VVTerm obtained from the App Store.

It does not apply to source code in this repository.

## Governing Terms

Use of App Store binaries is governed by VVTerm's custom App Store End User License Agreement,
which is published in App Store Connect and mirrored at:

- https://vvterm.com/terms

This custom EULA is intended to include Apple's required minimum terms for App Store-distributed
applications.

## Source Code License

Source code in this repository is licensed under GNU General Public License v3.0 (`LICENSE`), unless a specific file states otherwise.

## Dual-License Summary

- Repository source code: GPL-3.0.
- Official App Store binaries: VVTerm custom App Store EULA.
