## Principles

- Before work, define acceptable outcomes and required proof from the request, applicable instructions, loaded principles, and the owning workflow. Keep one owner and validation contract.
- Produce, self-assess, then use available subagents for distinct review and critique of substantive work. Review correctness; challenge assumptions, simplicity, and alternatives. Keep mechanical checks direct; without agents, assess sequentially without claiming independence.
- Treat supported findings as work to resolve. Require renewed affected verdicts after changes; optional preferences do not block acceptance. The caller owns changes; reviewers inspect. Planning improves the plan, assessment the report.
- Synchronize decisions and reuse only current evidence. Resolve disagreements with proof, not votes. Do not lower criteria to obtain acceptance.
- Each pass must improve the candidate or resolve an open question. If progress stalls, change approach or return the unmet criterion, options, recommendation, and consequence. Finish when required proof and acceptance hold.
