KeepSift cleans out a huge Gmail inbox with your own local AI, without losing the emails that matter. It scans Gmail's Promotions, Social, Updates and Forums tabs, groups years of mail by sender, and removes the senders you pick, either by labelling them "To Delete" for review or by moving them to Gmail Trash (recoverable for 30 days). Every email first passes a rule-based safety net that keeps product and license keys, activation, verification and sign-in links, codes, gift cards, receipts, attachments and starred mail, and learns each sender's repeated footer so boilerplate doesn't block cleanup. An optional model double-check catches what rules can't. It can also sort new mail, flag phishing and write reply drafts for you to review. Works with any OpenAI-compatible model server (llama.cpp, LM Studio, Ollama, vLLM); your email is never sent to a cloud AI. The full app opens in your browser. Free for non-commercial use (PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0). Provided as is, with no warranty and no liability for deleted email: start with the "To Delete" label and Preview, and keep a backup.

An OpenAI-compatible model server reachable from the container, such as llama.cpp, LM Studio, Ollama or vLLM, with a recent instruction-tuned model of about 27B or more recommended (9B minimum; see the KeepSift README for current picks). Inside the container "localhost" is the container itself, so set Model Server URL to your server's LAN address, e.g. http://192.168.1.20:8080/v1. A Gmail app password (Google account, Security, App passwords; needs 2-Step Verification) and IMAP turned on in Gmail settings. Open the Web UI and the setup wizard walks you through Gmail, the model and your name. The app password is stored in App Data, so if anyone else can reach this port, turn on Web Login below.
