comic mono font with programming ligatures based on [comic-mono-font](https://dtinth.github.io/comic-mono-font/) ligaturized via [Ligaturizer](https://github.com/ToxicFrog/Ligaturizer)

## icon support (Nerd Font)

`LigaComicMonoNerdFont-Regular.ttf` and `LigaComicMonoNerdFont-Bold.ttf` are a separate patched font ("LigaComicMono Nerd Font") built from the originals with [Nerd Fonts](https://www.nerdfonts.com/) glyphs (Powerline, Devicons, Font Awesome, Octicons, Material, Codicons, etc.) added, so terminal prompts and file-icon plugins (oh-my-posh, starship, nvim-tree, etc.) render correctly.

This is intentionally a distinct font family from "Liga Comic Mono" — it does not replace or modify the original font files. Installing it only affects apps where you explicitly select "LigaComicMono Nerd Font" (e.g. your terminal); it won't change font rendering anywhere else.

Install by copying both files into your system font directory (e.g. `~/Library/Fonts` on macOS), then select "LigaComicMono Nerd Font" as your terminal font.
