## General

**What is Wellface?**
Wellface is a medical aesthetics clinic group in Surrey and South West London, specialising in injectable treatments (Botox, fillers), skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, and advanced facials. All injectable treatments are performed by qualified doctors.

**Where are your clinics?**
We have three locations: Cobham, Esher, and Wimbledon. See [locations.md](locations.md) for full addresses, hours, and contact details.

**Do I need a consultation first?**
Yes — if you're a new patient, a consultation is required before most treatments. This ensures the treatment is right for you and allows our practitioners to create a personalised plan. Some consultations are free; others require a deposit.

**What age do I need to be?**
You must be 18 or over for injectable treatments. Teenage Hydrafacials are available for younger clients.

**How do I book?**

**Is a deposit required?**
Most treatments require a £75 deposit to secure the booking. Some treatments have different deposit amounts. The deposit is redeemed against the cost of your treatment.

**What payment methods do you accept?**
We accept card payments and bank transfers. Gift cards can also be used.

**Can I buy a gift card?**
Yes — gift cards are available for any amount. See [gift-cards.md](gift-cards.md).

## Treatments

**Does Botox hurt?**
Most patients describe a slight pinch. The needles used are very fine and the procedure is quick (around 20 minutes). Numbing cream can be applied if needed.

**How long does Botox last?**
Typically 3–4 months. Results become visible within 7–14 days.

**How long do fillers last?**
Depending on the area and product, fillers typically last 6–18 months. Lip fillers usually last 6–12 months.

**What is Profhilo?**
Profhilo is a bio-remodelling treatment that uses hyaluronic acid to stimulate collagen and elastin. It improves skin hydration, firmness, and overall quality. Results last around 6 months.

**What is a Hydrafacial?**
A multi-step facial that cleanses, extracts, and hydrates the skin using patented technology. Suitable for all skin types with no downtime.

**Is there downtime after treatments?**
- **Botox**: No downtime. Avoid lying down for 4 hours.
- **Fillers**: Mild swelling and bruising for 1–3 days.
- **Hydrafacial**: No downtime — immediate glow.
- **Morpheus8 / CO2 Laser**: 3–7 days of redness and peeling.
- **Chemical peels**: 2–5 days of peeling depending on depth.

**How often should I get a Hydrafacial?**
Every 4–6 weeks for optimal results.

**How often should I get Botox?**
Every 3–4 months to maintain results.

## Cancellation & Policies

**What is your cancellation policy?**
We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit. See [policies.md](policies.md).

Arriving late may result in reduced treatment time with full charges applied.
