## Cancellation Policy

- All appointments require a booking deposit of **£50 or £75** (depending on treatment)
- The deposit is redeemed against your treatment cost or can be used towards product purchases
- **48 hours' notice** is required to cancel or reschedule
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit as a cancellation fee
- Cancellations must be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Emergency illness or unavoidable circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

## Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in reduced treatment time. Full charges may still apply.

## Age Requirements

You must be 18 or over for injectable treatments (Botox, fillers, etc.).

## Privacy

- Wellface collects personal information necessary for treatment and communication
- Data is used for appointment management, treatment records, and marketing (with consent)
- We use third-party services including Google Analytics for website analytics
- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time
