The Colors tab becomes available once Forumactif Edge has been installed. This tab allows you to change the majority of colors for Forumactif Edge, giving you the freedom to personalize the theme however you like.

### Changing the forum's colors

The layout is quite similar to the one provided by Forumotion in their administration panel, so if you've used that one before, you'll feel right at home! Changing the colors is pretty straightforward : 
1. Click the color palettes to open up a color picker and choose your color. You can also paste your color code into the text areas next to the color pickers. **Tip :** If you want a color to be transparent, leave an [empty color code](https://i58.servimg.com/u/f58/18/45/41/65/captur25.png).
2. The window to the right will immediately show a preview of the colors you've chosen. Feel free to navigate to different locations on your forum in this window, so that you can get a better look at things.
3. Once you're satisfied with your changes, click the "Update Colors" button to apply your new theme colors.

And there you have it, you finished changing the colors of your forum ! If you need to make some modifications to the colors at all, just head right on back to the colors tab and choose some new colors. 😉

### Undoing your changes

If you're not satisfied with your changes and you want to change the theme back to the way it was, just navigate back to the colors tab, click "Revert Back to Default Colors", confirm that you want to revert the theme back to the way it was, and you're done!
