Forumactif Edge is not officially a forum version of Forumotion, as such you may not receive an answer to your question on official support forums right away. You are still eligible for support though, so don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. Forumactif Edge is only a heavily modified version of phpbb3 (modified templates, scripts, css), so provide the following information when asking for support :

1. **Forum version :** phpbb3
2. **Modified Templates :** Yes, Forumactif Edge (https://github.com/SethClydesdale/forumactif-edge/tree/master/templates)
3. **Custom CSS :** Yes, Forumactif Edge (https://github.com/SethClydesdale/forumactif-edge/tree/master/css)
4. **JavaScripts :** Yes, Forumactif Edge (https://github.com/SethClydesdale/forumactif-edge/tree/master/javascripts)

This will provide the support staff with your Templates, CSS, and JavaScripts so that they can easily assist you by reviewing the linked files.
