Checked: light/dark, local/SSH/worktree identity, new/switch sessions, simulated pwd, collapse/restore, maximize/restore, keyboard resize, close cancel focus, checkbox gate, Enter does not confirm even when checked.
Console errors observed in prototype: none.
Not verified: real PTY/SSH, native platform packages, actual OS 200% zoom, screen reader, system reduced-motion toggle, throughput/backpressure, process cleanup.
Fixed during visual review: dark code theme; compact grid; design header scrolling; warning placement; input visibility after resize.

Contrast samples from shared tokens; foreground/background shown. Disabled controls and full application audit excluded.
