Forge Fleet (ffleet) — End User License Agreement

This software is proprietary and is made available free of charge ("freeware").
It is licensed, not sold. By installing, copying, or using the Software you
agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. DEFINITIONS
   "AppGA" (the "Licensor") is the copyright holder of the Software and the
   party granting this licence. References below to the copyright holder mean
   AppGA.
   "Software" means the ffleet executable and any accompanying files
   distributed by the copyright holder, in binary form.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
   You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence
   to install and use the Software for any purpose, including commercial use,
   on any number of machines.

3. REDISTRIBUTION
   You may copy and redistribute the Software, and host mirrors of it,
   provided that:
     (a) it is distributed complete and unmodified, including this licence
         and the accompanying THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt;
     (b) you charge no fee for the Software itself; and
     (c) you do not represent the redistribution as official or endorsed.

4. RESTRICTIONS
   Except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it
   notwithstanding this limitation, you may not:
     (a) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software;
     (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
     (c) sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software; or
     (d) remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notice.

5. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and
   intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with the
   copyright holder. No rights are granted to the Software's source code.

6. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
   The Software incorporates open-source components licensed under their own
   terms, reproduced in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt. Those terms govern those
   components and, where they conflict with this licence, take precedence for
   the component concerned.

7. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
   COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY,
   WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF,
   OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

   The Software automates Docker containers, git worktrees, and git branches,
   and can delete them. You are solely responsible for your data and for
   maintaining backups.

9. TERMINATION
   This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. On
   termination you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

10. NO SUPPORT
    The Software is provided without any obligation of support, maintenance,
    updates, or future availability.
